can not download ITunes

Running Jaws 12.0.522 with Windows7 home premium and I E 8.
Finally I had my wife with Windoweyes and FireFox download ITunes.
Can someone else check if they can download it.
I believe my computer is messed up. But then again, I have been saying that
since I received it 2 years ago.
