Does it always work properly with JAWS unloaded? (You would then reload JAWS
to check, of course.)

Hi friends,
I'm using windows xpsp2 with Jaws 7.0 and Jaws 8.
I have noticed that sometimes I can not change the language with alt+shift.
I'm using English and Hebrew while English is the default.
I don't know but sometimes I wish to change the settings from English to
Hebrew or from Hebrew to English, and I get the message:
"not changed" or "input language can not be changed".
Sometimes, when I maximize that window, the problem is solved but sometimes
not, and I must reboot my PC to solve that problem.
Any output is greatly appreciated.
