Depends on what you are wanting to actually backup.
If you want to backup the entire system, you'll need an imaging program,
that is accessible with Jaws.
If you are just wanting to backup your personal data files, then you have
plenty of options.
The files and settings transfer wizard is designed specifically for a
pre-determined type of files and settings, and won't backup the O/S, or data
files.
For backing up your personal data files, it can be as simple as using a
copy-paste method to any type of media.
