Hi,

 

I think you need to call Norton.  Something like this happened to me and it
turned out I had a corrupt cd and if that is the problem, they will replace
it.

If you're using Norton antivirus it sounds like that's your problem since it
mentions nav, but I have no idea what the problem is or how to solve it.
