Hi,

When you get that, press control n and then space. Options will come up
allowing you to install whatever explorer tried to block.

Subject: IE security issue

Several months ago I suddenly received the message on a website that
Internet Explorer had blocked the website. It read:

to protect your security, internet explorer has blocked this site from
downloading files to your computer. For options, click here.

When I click, I get three options:

download, what's this and about the information bar.

If I choose the download, I can download from the site until I close the
window and go back. Then it happens again. The what's this is useless and so

is the information bar. I managed to unblock it last time, but I can't
remember what I did. Does anyone have experience with this?

Thanks.

Vicki
