audio files download and outlook express questions

Hi,
I have 2 questions: is there a way to select the audio files, so they could be
download at the same time? I am trying to help some friends of mine by
downloading some audio files for them to learn English. There are about 100 of
files I have to download. Instead of download them one by one, I want to
download them all at the same time. Is there a way to do that?
My next question is related to outlook express. How can I select the addresses
I want my certain e-mail to go to because I can't remember all of them. I got
200 addresses in my address book, but I don't want a certain e-mail to be sent
to everybody in my address book. So how do I select the one I need?
