Another way to adjust the width of columns is ctrl+shift+ numpad plus key, 
the pc cursor.

have you went back and tried it with jaws 5 if you still have jaws 5 
installed?  I would be surprised if it read any different.  Remember you 
only have so much room in the window.  WHen you hear ... that means there 
is 
more text than what fits in the window. You may need to adjust the size of 

some of your columns. Go to the view menu, press C for columns.  You will 
have a list of all the fields.  Then you can tab to the pixels wide edit 
field and specify a width for each column.

Using JAWS5.1 when arrowing through my list of e-mail messages, I hear the
name, subject, date, then ... Also, when using Winmx, I hear the name of 
the
song, and instead of hearing how many are available, I hear ... I haven't
had this problem before, what setting would take out the ... and 
everything
would be read? thank you
