I also use Secure CRT and find it quite useable.
As mentioned, some very minor setup including:
- ensuring the cursor is defined properly so that JAWS can track it.
- I have set the JAWS ECHO (the INS-S) to Say ALL.
- I defined a few frames to
. Silence the autospeak of the bottom status line
. make reading the cursor position easier.

SecureCRT is a very accessible SSH client, with some minor scripting
on your part not unlike that which you'd have to do to get the
Windows version of telnet to work with JFW. It's not free though,
sadly, but I wouldn't use anything else.
