Strange. Insert+F1 launches help for that particular element you're focused in.
Not sure why it would launch a virtual viewer, except to show the contents of
the help message.

    Carrie,

Isn't the virtual viewer command Insert+Alt+W? Or is it different in
Braille?

Hello. I needed to use the virtual viewer by utilizing insert f1 help in
the configuration manager under Braille options but no help was to be had. The
viewer froze and I cannot get it working again. This is the error I received.
