Randy, Are you sure you're doing whatever you have to to *download* the file, rather than open it from the site? What you describe is exactly what I would expect if you were opening the file from the site rather than downloading it. Are you just pressing enter on the link, thinking that will download the file? It's just that, apparently, all the streams you've tried thus far use plug-in players. These are players (Such as Quicktime) that open *inside* internet explorer, rather than in a separate window.
