glad you sorted it out but do not think it is a Jaws 11 problem, the issue as I described it,has been on most Jaws versions I have ever used, better had I explained it as Jaws speaking non-stop,,on second thoughts it happens less on windows 7, but it just crashes on there, the run away trick of Jaws is impossible to control by control Alt and delete or any keystrokes, it just intends to read everything in sight with great stamina,I have to shut down the computer. I found often just shutting down the pc and leaving it a while,is a good tip ----- Original Message ----- From: stephen faill To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, July 17, 2010 4:48 PM Subject: Re: a jaws 11 problem hello list. ok this was really doing my head in here, but i have sorted it out now. i waited for replies here on this list and checked out sites on the internet, but i eventually reverted to doing a system restore. i took my machine back a few days and everything is back to normal. thanks to those who replied here. regards. stephen faill From: Alan Safier Sent: Saturday, July 17, 2010 1:26 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: a jaws 11 problem I have the same problem with JAWS 10.
