Hi Arianna again. You received an email about signing up for a Microsoft
passport. That is correct. You need to do that. It's kind of hard to do,
because of listening to the darn numbers you have to parrot back to enter
them in to sign up, but with a little patience, I think you can do it. If I
can be of further help, let me know.

Jim, I think I'm the one who's missing something.

I don't have MSN Messenger on my computer. Windows Messenger is in my sys
tray, but I'm at a loss as to how to set it up. If I open the program, most
items in the menu are unavailable.

I just can't figure the thing out.

Arianna, I use Windows messenger all the time. I must be missing something.
There is no account to set up. If you have msn messenger on your computer
and windows messenger also, they will conflict with each other, unless you
sign out of one before you sign into the other. What couldn't you set up?
Personally, I like Windows messenger much better than MSN messenger. You
don't have to upgrade nearly as often. Explain what you are trying to set
up, and maybe some of us can help.

Is anyone using Windows Messenger with JAWS? Are there any scripts
available?

I'm using Windows XP Home and JAWS 6.2. I tried to set up my account, but
there was one of those darned security characters thing to be copied and the
audio file had ten numbers while the window to be copied from had eight.
Needless to say, I was not able to finish setting things up. Frustrating!!

Any help or suggestions will be welcome.

Arianna Calesso
