so what you are saying is that lets say you have four accounts set up 
seprately meanning you can do a switch identiy, instead of having all of 
them in one fuser.
if i understand correctly then what you are saying is if you have them all 
in one account the inbox's for each user shows up in the tree view of 
folders? and if doing them seprately meanning being able to switch like 
outlook express does then each user should have their own account/ settings.

The only thing not good about it is, that oyu do not have a single inbox
folder, but rather multiple ones for each account you have.
Maybe it's just a question of taste, but I cannot at all get used to this..
