hi. Just to make things very clear here. When you install the most recent
versions of Winamp, be very careful and listen to what your screenreader is
telling you. The area to pay attention to is what is called the skin
selection dialogue. When installing Winamp, choose the radio button for
classic skin for slower machines or greater accessibility. Note that this
will not slow your system down in any way shape or form, this simply means
that it doesn't require as many system resources, a lot of Which JAWS takes
up. So if you choose that radio button and install the program, you will be
just fine. After launching the program, hit insert plus h for JAWS hot keys
in the main window. To move to the other windows available in Winamp, press
control plus tab. You will be told where you are when you switch
windows. You can also press insert plus w for keystrokes that will work in
all Winamp windows. There are some keyboard shortcuts that only work in
certain windows, but not all. But there are some that work in all of them,
and insert plus w will help with this.
