Hi,

Is there some important reason to do this? I've never have disabled it and
haven't had any issues that I know of with winamp and Jaws.

Disable it from the System Tray; and do not install it in the future. (You
do this by unchecking it, in the list of items that comes up during
installation.)

Does this still create conflicts with current versions of JAWS? If so, is
it adequate to disable it from the system tray or do I need to
uninstall/reinstall WinAmp and this time not install that component? Thanks.
