If you delete the first message where it says collapsed on Outlook Express it
says this will delete the whole collapsed conversation and there could be a lot
in it so if you accidentally press enter at that time it will delete them all.

With my collapsed function activated, but not by me, outlook is deleting a
lot of my incoming messages. I go to my deleted items folder and there is
nothing new there. Where are all these messages going? I'm afraid that some
