They do go to your deleted folder, when you hear that a message thread is
collapsed, press the right arrow to expand it, and you will find the rest of
the messages. Hope that helps.

With my collapsed function activated, but not by me, outlook is deleting a
lot of my incoming messages. I go to my deleted items folder and there is
nothing new there. Where are all these messages going? I'm afraid that some
of the advice you guys are sending me is being sent to ciber space! Judith
