Seems like a completely JAVA-based input form. I for one can't make it work.
Any others figure it out? Using the JAWS cursor to navigate and click on the
edit field does not seem to activate them.

  Here is the page:

https://postgrad.warwick.ac.uk/SWIFT.web/skins/pgapp/initiator/registration.aspx?FolderID=0000000000000000000000002235119

please also note that the text boxes in the page are unlabeled. When I tab
around them, I only hear "edit", and not what to edit. The remarks describing
the text boxes are stuffed at the top. Any idea on what I can do?

    Good morning,

    Two thoughts:

First, as per Adrian's suggestion, please pass along a link to one of these
pages.

Second, I suspect it might be a graphical link of some sort. Do you have a
mouse attached and have you tried to perform a mouse click with the mouse
rather than a Jaws Keystroke? I seem to recall encountering a few instances
over the years where for some reason the actual mouse performed where Jaws
failed to do so.

    Cordially,

Subject: What does "clickable" mean in a web page?

    Hi folks,

I sometimes encounter some element in a web page, for example a line of
text, a graphic or etc, that Jaws appends a "clickable" word to the end of what
it says. What is it? is the element akind of link? It appears to me that the
element is not connected to a link; when I press space or left click on it
nothing happens!

I got stuck in an inaccessible web page with a lot of such elements.

    Cheers!

    Hamid
