Try the Open option on the Context menu (Shift-F10 or Context menu key between
right Windows key and right Control key).

Can anyone tell me how to open a link that, after hitting the spacebar or
pressing enter, it refuses to open? I have even tried going to the links list.
JAWS will read the item in question, but when I press enter, it still will not
open. And having no usable vision, it is not an option to use a mouse.
