Hellow,
Press the applications key (the key to the left of the right control key)
and go to either open or open in new tab. You could also try pressing
control enter, which should force the link to open.

Can anyone tell me how to open a link that, after hitting the spacebar or
pressing enter, it refuses to open? I have even tried going to the links
list. JAWS will read the item in question, but when I press enter, it still
will not open. And having no usable vision, it is not an option to use a
mouse. Thanks. Jerry
