Well, it is illegal as I understand the license agreement and the larger
problem is that this is a very small and closed community. It would be
really hard to get any JAWS updates from download.com. H-J is in control
because you will, eventually, need to upgrade your JAWS version. Just
bite the bullet and say "Mother may I". CYS...

I have no intention of purchasing without first checking out that the
program is legit, and that I can have the license to use the XPPro
version transferred to my name / jaws serial number.

Besides, from experience, if something sounds too good to be true,
usually it is.

I could be wrong, but I think the seller would have to sell his/her
license along with the disc, assuming that's legal and I don't think it
is or would be. Not to mention the fact that FS itself only charges 20
bucks for a replacement disk if you're a licensed user.

So personally, I'd stay away from that one.
