Vervosity Settings in JAWS9.0.552

hello lists, I am using JAWS9.0.552.
I notice that the vervosity settings will change to default after I restart
JAWS. For example, when in Windows Live Mail, I press Insert+V to activate the
Vervosity dialogue and adjust the following:
Link Count Announcement - On
Messages Automatically Read - On
and after I restart JAWS, all the settings are turn off. How to fix this?
