I believe that Erik said it would not support "AERO" during the demo.
He also mentioned that in order for JAWS to work with VISTA it has to
turn off all the 'eye candy' which is supposed to be a big plus of
VISTA.

hi,
yes, jaws8.0.423 can run in vista but you need to set your windows to
clasic window, means you can't really use "AERO" with Jaws
8.0.423, maybe up coming release of jaws can support "AERO" in Vista.

Just curious one of the posters here's mentioned running it under
vista. How,
jaws doesn't yet support vista? Did I miss something with jaws?

Hi

As it happens, I had to have my system reformatted last month, so I am
now back
to running windows media player 10. There are supported jaws scripts
for this
version built into jfw V 8.0.

On another list, there were enough folks having difficulty with WMP11
that I
decided to stay with 10 for a while. HTH

Hi,

I'm seeking info regarding using Media Player with JAWS 8.0. If you
have
encountered any problems, I'd be grateful if you would share the
experience.
Thanks in advance for any help you might provide.
