yes, jaws8.0.423 can run in vista but you need to set your windows to clasic
window, means you can't really use "AERO" with Jaws
8.0.423, maybe up coming release of jaws can support "AERO" in Vista.

As it happens, I had to have my system reformatted last month, so I am now back
to running windows media player 10. There are supported jaws scripts for this
version built into jfw V 8.0.
