Evelyn, as far as I know MSCONFIG did come with windows ME. I just did a
quick search of the Microsoft knowledge base and found many articles that
dealt with using MSCONFIG that said
The information in this article applies to:
Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition
All I can suggest is to make sure they are spelling it correctly in the run
dialog.

May I assume that the one for Windows 95/98 also works in Windows ME? A
friend has that oerating system, and it did not come with Msconfig.
