I know that on a desktop, one simply presses number pad plus (+). However, in order to do that on my laptop PC I must first switch the number keys on via a function key. I hope there is a laptop equivalent. I'm using JAWS 5.1 and I have selected the laptop PC configuration layout. My second question: I use MS Outlook 2000 and/or Outlook XP. When I'm in the Inbox, either the from and/or subject columns are sometimes not long enough to display the entire contents. Is there a way to expand them so that I do not have to open the e-mail to read the contents of these sections?
