Mark, in answer to your second question, when you're in the message list, do
an alt-space and an x. This will miximize your message window. See if this
gives you more information. If it doesn't, then you'll need to go into
Outlook's layout settings and expand the from or subject fields. Someone who
is an Outlook user can help you with this.
