it seems that hardware synths don't do this for us anymore.

Changing Key Echoe was successful, thanks!  I'm still not getting a
pitch increase for uppercase letters though, even though I changed
the percentage to 60!  I still have some older versions here, so I
tried going back.  The last version this feature worked correctly
for me is 4.51.  It's probably something to do with my TripleTalk
synth.

I wish FS would fix this... we're not all using Eloquence.
