I'm using Jaws 6.2 with Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP pro computer. When I start a new email message, I find the "To" field and start typing a name. This is supposed to trigger a list of names with the same letters. Outlook does this, but Jaws does not speak the list or the automatically completed name in the "To" field. This is true for the "cc" and "bcc" fields as well. I can flip on the Jaws cursor and then see the list and can click on the name I want. Is there a setting I need to change to have Jaws read this information in the regular or virtual cursor? If not, is there an Outlook script?
