Hi Dave,
If you have jaws set up to run first, which you can do in your options menu
under the basics selection, it should automatically start talking when the
log-in screen appears. It's a checkbox that says automatically start jaws.
Just make sure it's checked, and you should be all set.

I know this subject was spoken on quite a lot sometime ago. However, I
failed to keep any notes on the Login Screen. Which version was JFW suppose
to start speaking the Login screen? I'm using Windows XP Home with JFW
