The key combination you are looking for is:
for the desktop configuration
control insert and the minus key on the numeric key pad.

To route jaws to pc, press the insert key on the number pad with the minus
key. That's if you're using the desktop layout. If yor using the laptop
layout, the capslock key is used as insert, so use this with th left brace
key, I think jaws calls it.
