I took my computer apart to put a CD-ROM drive in. When I got it up and running, I no longer had an authorized version of JAWS and the serial number is all zeroed out. Can someone tell me how I can fix this? Do I have to contact Freedom Scientific? I have tried to authorize it using the 20-didgit number, but it gives me an error message.
