I went to this site.  JAWS says no links found and no forms found.  When you 
press the plus key on the numeric keypad, you hear PC cursor.  When you are on 
the Internet, you should hear virtual cursor when you press the plus key.  
Apparently, JAWS does not consider this a web site.
