TASK IN BACKGROUND

Hi folks,
put this one out, but, still probs.
Some task starts running in the background. It is not on the sys tray nor task
bar.
It was suggested I use alt-control-delete to read tasks, but, all I get with
this is the message windows security and I can not then get focus.
Nothing was running in the scheduled tasks.
