Kim, Maybe you accidentally pressed Control+Enter a couple of times and inserted a couple of Hard Page Breaks into your document. In order to check, go to the top of the document and press Control+f for Find. Pres Shift+6 on the number row for a caret and press k followed by Enter. This will find a Hard Page Break if there is one in your document. If you get the "not found" message, then something else is causing the problem. If you don't hear the "not found" message, Word will place the cursor after the hard page break, and you can press Escape to close the Find dialog and Backspace over the Hard Page Break to remove it. You should check again to see if there is another one present in the document. Good luck! I'm in the process of creating / editing content for upcoming classes and courses, and so due to that, am often going back through, line by line, to reread and rewrite. Sometimes I'll just use my arrow keys to accomplish this, due to the careful editing I'm trying to achieve. So, let's say I'm on the last line of page 1. If I press my down arrow key, it should take me to the first line of page 2, but rather than doing so, it takes me to the first line of page 3, totally skipping page 2 altogether. This behavior is driving me to distraction. I've never experienced this. Any suggestions as to how to correct this would be exceedingly helpful and most appreciated. I can't imagine what's going on here. Many Thanks in Advance, Kim
