not sure what you are looking for but if you press jaws key +4 on the
numbers row, you get a list of symbols you can input.

Using the Alt + Num Pad keys one can insert special characters such as the
division sign into a word document. Jaws does not read the "Character Map"
in Windows XP very well and the listings that I have found on the web are
images, which Jaws does not read. Is there an accessible list of the
character equivalents available?
