Here's the deal: I run Windows 98, but my sound card has these two difficulties: * Firstly, when running speech, particularly the DecTalk Access32, it is EXTREMELY stuttery, to the point where it's difficult to understand the speech. * My sound card also cannot mix sounds. This is unfortunate as synthesized speech takes up the whole sound card. Any help would be appreciated.
