Peter and everyone: Someone else said that the "Sort" option is under the Data Submenu. As I said in my first posting on this question, I did go through all the Submenus along the Menu Bar but I could not find the Sort option. The reason I could not find the Sort Option was that for some weird reason or other, only known to Microsoft, the Data Menu did not show up on the Menu Bar. By the way, I did arrow all the way across the Menu Bar until I got back to the File Submenu. However, when you all told me where to find it, I pressed the shortcut key ALT+D, and, hey presto, there was the Data Menu, large as life. Since I accessed the Data Submenu with ALT+D, guess what, as if by magic, the Data Submenu now shows as a submenu on the Menu Bar, which it should have done, all along. Weird, or what! Thanks everyone for your help.
