Hi Brandon,
I'm running jaws 11.0.1461. I think some of the earlier versions of 11 might
not
have worked with windows live mail as well.
I mentioned the reading pane (preview pane) which shows the message in the main
window without having to open the message, because if this pane is shown, then
if a message is selected in the message list, it automatically gets set to
unread after a few seconds. This behaviour can be switched off, but it's
normlly
easier to disable the reading pane in the layout dialog.
