Software Replacement?

Hello,
In September of 2008, we had a major flood here, in Northwest, Indiana, and
I had a box full of software, in my basement!
In that box was my JFW software, my two latest versions.
Is there a charge for replacing those discs? I can prove the flood and
damages we incurred, if necessary. I didn't find this out, until now
because I need to re-install my software on a new computer that we
purchased, for Christmas.
