There is an explanation on the skype scripts website. You can also only have
skype show on-line contacts. I sort of fixed the list problem with a script
re-compile. However, jaws says all the contacts before the one you are on. For
example if you're on the contact homer simpson and your first contact was I P
Freely, jaws will say both names before announcing Homer's status. THat's a
real problem when you've got several contacts. Another problem I have with
skype is jaws won't shutup while on a call and in skype. That makes chatting
impossable. This is a problem in all versions of skype. Anyone figured out how
to deal with that problem?

and beared it. i am running xp home sp2 machine with jaws v6.0 and skype v
1.2.048. also while we are talking about it can anyone tell me how to get skype
and jaws scripts to announce who is signing in and out? all help would be
