Go to www.twitter.com and sign up. there is a captcha, so you may want to do
one of three things. either (1) use WebVisum, which is an add-on for Firefox
that helps solve captchas, (2) use a service found at www.solona.net--you'll
need an account there to use it, but it's free, or (3) use the audio captcha.
If all those fail, there's always the option of sighted assistance. Hope this
