Hi All, I paid the license fee for my copy of ShortKeys Lite 1.7 which I inadvertently discovered is now up to version 2f and my license is for version 2. I was wondering if anyone has tried version 2 with JAWS 4.51 and 5.0 and, if so, how compatible it is? I may have misunderstood the ShortKeys web site, but it seems to say that while version 2 installs into its own folder, once the program is opened, the settings in version 1.7 change to those of version 2. It recommends backing up some macro file, but I have defined several replacement texts and I don't want to do everything all over again if version 2 doesn't work well with JAWS. I'm running Windows 98 se. For those who might not have heard of ShortKeys Lite, it "Allows you to set up replacement text for user defined keystrokes." Version 1.7 is downloadable on the Programs page of the JFWlite web site and there is a Helpful Hint which describes the program in more detail and gives instructions for running it. I'd greatly appreciate hearing of any experience folks have had with version 2.
