Setting up new computer and Windows XP without Jaws!

Hello,
I have a brand new Dell notebook computer with Windows XP home that was
wondering if I can set it up without sighted assistance or Jaws using
Narrator? I need to be able to set the time zone; username and computer
name etc. and don't have sighted assistance at this time. So wondered if
anyone has had any success doing this on their own without sighted
assistance?
