Tif,

Have you already tried to assign custom labels to those tags, using the

JAWS+Ctrl+Tab key?

Subject: Scripts for ACT CRM software

  Good afternoon everyone.

My name is Tiffany, and I just got a job at En-Vision America, makers of the
ID Mate and Script Talk. My job function will be secretarial, and they use a
customer relationship management program called ACT CRM software.

When using Jaws version 12 with the program, the software won't read dropdown
menus or field labels. If there is information in the database, Jaws will read
it. However, if I were to be creating a new contact, Jaws won't read any field
labels. All it will say is "tab tab tab" and won't read anything in dropdown
menus like state abbreviations, etc.

My questions are: Are there scripts for jaws and ACT? Are there better CRM
programs anyone has used successfully with Jaws? If scripts don't exist, is
there anyone who would be willing to possibly write them if I put you in
contact with my bosses?

  Thank you

  Tif
