It doesn't really make a difference which option you use if you're
the only person using that computer, or the only person using JFW on
that computer. I think the 'all users option' is there only so, for
instance, you can install a default version of a script, and if
another person who uses JFW wants to customise that script for
themselves, it gets put in the user's specific directory. It really
doesn't serve a purpose unless, as I said, you're not the only person
using JFW. Otherwise, the result is the same.
