Hi, try to click the details button and press Alt + I to go to the Install Video Intercpt radio buttons. Then, Press enter. Press Alt + E to exit. Then, Go to the Exit button and press the enter key. Restart your pc.

Thanks for the quick reply, but the radio button is disabled.  I went
into the drivers and saw that I had two of the same video drivers, so I
deleted one and now all of this mess.
I have even tried reinstalling jaws but nothing?  Any other suggestions?

When you get that error, choose the details option. Within that ensuing
dialog box you'll get a series of radio butons, one of which is to
install
the intercepts. Choose this, then reboot, and presumably, you're
laughing.
