Don't know if this will help, but try reassigning the class to a list view. You may also want to tell JAWS to rely on MSAA for list views for this application. These can both be found from within configuration manager, under the set options menu, under Windows Classes and Advanced Options respectively. Hope that helps.

I was looking around at Real player 11 to see if I wanted to use it as a
default player. What I found out is that a lot of the listviews and
listboxes don't work. For example, When I insert a CD, the listview with the track list in it will only let me access 8 out of the 13 tracks on a CD. The
other example is when I try to arrow through the track list of the same CD
after turning on jaws cursor and then turning it off again, the arrow keys
don't work in the track list. Any ideas how to fix this problem?
