I'm afraid that I don't have a specific suggestion for fixing the problem. However, my experience in the past is that sending an email to their accessability group will get you a result. They really do want to make things work with screen readers. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Andy B Sent: Friday, September 07, 2007 6:34 AM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Real Player 11: Listviews and listboxes don't work I was looking around at Real player 11 to see if I wanted to use it as a default player. What I found out is that a lot of the listviews and listboxes don't work. For example, When I insert a CD, the listview with the track list in it will only let me access 8 out of the 13 tracks on a CD. The other example is when I try to arrow through the track list of the same CD after turning on jaws cursor and then turning it off again, the arrow keys don't work in the track list. Any ideas how to fix this problem? -- JFW related links: JFW homepage: http://www.freedomscientific.com/ Scripting mailing list: http://lists.the-jdh.com/listinfo.cgi/scriptography-the-jdh.com JFW List instructions: To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
