I'm afraid that I don't have a specific suggestion for fixing the
problem. However, my experience in the past is that sending an email to
their accessability group will get you a result. They really do want to
make things work with screen readers.

Subject: Real Player 11: Listviews and listboxes don't work

I was looking around at Real player 11 to see if I wanted to use it as a
default player. What I found out is that a lot of the listviews and
listboxes don't work. For example, When I insert a CD, the listview with
the track list in it will only let me access 8 out of the 13 tracks on a
CD. The other example is when I try to arrow through the track list of
the same CD after turning on jaws cursor and then turning it off again,
the arrow keys don't work in the track list. Any ideas how to fix this
problem?
