Hi, Cindy,
What format is it? Is it a .ppt file or a .pptx file? You need to
make sure you have the right version of powerpoint installed to read
it. With either one, though, you should be just fine if, when you
pull up the file, you hit f5 to put you into the slide show view.
Now, all you have to do is hit space bar to go to the next slide. You
can use your arrow keys to read your screen. Jaws puts all this stuff
in a virtual viewer, if you find that infor useful. If you want to go
back a slide, hit the applications key to the left of the control key
on the right hand side of your keyboard and arrow up to previous.
